HOW TO USE

• Choose a STENCIL PAIR you like.
• Untwist to open the BROW STAMP.
• Align the STENCIL on your brow.
• Pat and fill in your brow from tail to front.
• Use the DUAL BRUSH tip to fill in any empty spots.
• Take the SPOOLIE to comb your brows to soften the look.

TIPS: Twist the sponge inside the cap to get more powder.
